A small monitoring agent is deployed on all PCs and a web-based portal allows quick and easy viewing of diagnostic data.

The monitoring agent gathers live information from multiple data points. These points can include Screen brightness, temperature, input source and power status allowing you to remotely monitor and be confident in the status of your estate.

The agent can also be configured to work for any solution, for example within a standalone Totem. The system can understand fan speeds, media player temperature as well as polling other internal items for their status.

We are able to pull information from third party devices via SNMP, XML or any database.
